Terms of Service for Threader Pro
Last updated: 25 April 2026
1. What these Terms cover
These Terms of Service explain how you may use Threader Pro.
By using Threader Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Threader Pro does
Threader Pro is a Threads analytics service available as a web application and an iOS app.
Threader Pro:
- connects to the official Threads API with your authorization;
- reads data about your own Threads activity that the API makes available;
- builds analytics reports, charts, rankings, exports and visual summaries.
Threader Pro does not:
- post, edit or delete content in your Threads account as a normal product function;
- scrape Threads web pages as a normal product function;
- provide access to private Threads data that is not available through the official API.
Because Threader Pro depends on third-party platforms and APIs, some features may be limited, delayed, incomplete or unavailable.
3. Your account and permissions
To use authenticated Threader Pro features, you must authorize access through the official Threads OAuth flow.
You are responsible for:
- using an account you are authorized to use;
- keeping your own Threads account secure;
- reviewing the reports and exports generated from your account data.
iOS application
When using the iOS app, a reusable session token is stored in the iOS Keychain to maintain your authenticated session. You can sign out or delete your account at any time through the iOS app Settings, which removes the token from your device.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse the service or attempt to bypass security controls;
- use Threader Pro for unlawful harassment, abuse or infringement;
- overload the service or the Threads API through abusive behaviour;
- resell, sublicense or operate a competing commercial interface on top of Threader Pro without permission.
Threader Pro may limit, suspend or stop access if use appears abusive, unlawful or harmful to the service or others.
5. No guarantee of availability
Threader Pro is provided on an as is and as available basis.
In particular, Threader Pro does not guarantee that:
- the service will always be available;
- every scan will complete successfully;
- Threads API data will be complete, stable or perfectly accurate;
- any specific report, export or metric will remain available unchanged.
You are responsible for how you interpret and use the outputs generated by Threader Pro.
6. Saved reports, exports and deletion
Threader Pro may keep saved reports, raw cache and related analysis data so that you can reopen reports and reduce repeated API calls.
You can remove saved reports and cached data through the interface. The "Delete all data" function removes all server-side Threader Pro data for your account and signs you out. On iOS, signing out or deleting your account also removes the session token from the device Keychain.
Deleting data inside Threader Pro removes it from Threader Pro; it does not delete anything from Threads itself.
Exports are generated from saved snapshots and are provided for your own analysis workflows.
7. Subscriptions and in-app purchases
Threader Pro subscriptions purchased through the iOS App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Threader Pro activates and verifies your subscription status using the transaction identifier provided by Apple's StoreKit.
Unless stated otherwise for a specific plan or promotion, one active Threader Pro subscription may be linked to no more than two Threads profiles. Additional Threads profiles under the same Apple ID, payment account or subscription transaction may remain on the Free plan unless they purchase a separate subscription or receive Prime access.
Subscription management and cancellation for App Store purchases is handled through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds for App Store purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy.
Subscriptions purchased through other available channels are subject to the terms stated at the time of purchase.
8. Intellectual property
You keep your rights in your Threads content.
Threader Pro and its code, interface, branding and service logic belong to their respective owner/operator. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service.
9. Third-party services
Threader Pro depends on external services including Meta's Threads API, Apple's App Store and StoreKit infrastructure, and, if you connect it, Telegram.
Threader Pro is not responsible for outages, policy changes, rate limits or data limitations caused by those services.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Threader Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, business interruption or loss of data.
If Threader Pro is found liable, total liability will be limited to the greater of:
- the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose; or
- EUR 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Spanish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your country of residence.
12. Changes
Threader Pro may update these Terms to reflect product, legal or operational changes. The latest version will be published in the service with an updated revision date.
Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to hello@threader.pro.
